Erciyes Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi, Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı, Kayseri, Türkiye Dandy-Walker Malformation is a rare congenital malformation with an unknown etiology. There is no specific neurologic findings of this pathology. The diagnosis of Dandy Walker Malformation can be made by antenatal and postnatal USG and the other advanced imaging modalities like CT and MRI at any time of the life. Treatment is contoversial and varies from cyst fenestration by craniotomy and cyst excision to endoscopic approach and shunt procedures.
