İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı, İstanbul The authors report twelve patients with posterior fossa epidural hematoma. They occur in the younger age groups with a dear male predominance. All the patients were treated surgically. Overall mortality was 8.3%. Eleven patients made good recovery.
