Occipital condyle fracture is an important and rarely defined condition which is associated with severe craniocerebral trauma.

Diagnosing the occipital condyle fractures is quite challenging, because clinical diagnostic features are usually not very clear. However, during radiological assesment of a case with unexplained clinical signs; occipital condyl fractures should always be considered and evaluation of the craniocervical junction (especially with CT ) should not be disregarded, even in emergency conditions leading to early diagnosis.

An occipital condyle fracture with cerebellar dysfunction was managed conservatively and the case was discussed with a rewiev of the literature. Anahtar Kelimeler : Cerebellar dysfunction, Computed tomography, Craniocerebral trauma, Occipital condyl fracture, Cerebellar dysfunction
