AIM: This study aimed to find normal measurement of Corpus Callosum (CC) at the healthy individuals and determine reletaionship of CC size between men and women individuals.

MATERIAL and METHODS: In 256 healthy individuals between the ages of 20-50 (160 women and 105 men) in T1 weighted mid-sagital MR images of CC's Area, Genu, Truncus, Splenium and Ant.-Post diameters were measured. To determine the differences between the measurements as statistically Independent-T test was used.

RESULTS: Morphomectric measurement of CC compered between women and men, CC's Area, Genu, Ant.-post diameter have a significant difference in favor of Group I (p<0.001). There was no statistically differences between CC's truncus and splenium measurement(p>0.05).

CONCLUSION: CC area, genu and Ant-Post diameter between women and men differ in morphometric. This study may be a resource for the morphometric measurements of the CC. Anahtar Kelimeler : Corpus callosum, Morphometric measurement, Sex
