We report a 63-year-old woman with intracranial multiple metallic foreign bodies who presented with the complaint of headache. She gave a history of long-lasting severe headache that got worse 2 hours before admission to hospital. Nausea and vomiting had also started 2 hours before admission. Computed tomography scan revealed multiple metallic foreign bodies located in the brain. The initial diagnosis was gunshot injury. The entry hole of the gunshot could not be determined.

This case is one of the few reported cases of incidental multiple metallic intracranial foreign bodies of gunshot wounds in the literature. Anahtar Kelimeler : Brain, Metallic artifact, Trauma, Foreign bodies
