Pseudotumor cerebri is characterized by increased intracranial pressure, normal or small-sized ventricles on neuroimaging, no evidence of a space-occupying lesion, and normal CSF composition. There are many causes of pseudotumor cerebri. Cerebral venous thrombosis plays an important role. Behçet’s Disease is a systemic, vasculitic, infl ammatory disease. Behçet’s Disease is called neuro-Behçet when neurological involvement is present. The majority of the patients with neurological involvement present with raised intracranial pressure. Venous sinus thrombosis is the most common cause of pseudotumor cerebri in Behçet’s Disease. Behçet’s disease should be considered in the etiology of pseudotumor cerebri as it may lead to cerebral venous thrombosis.

In this article, we present the clinical findings of three patients with Behçet’ disease who had pseudotumor cerebri due to cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Anahtar Kelimeler : Behcet’s disease, Brain, Pseudotumor cerebri, Sinus thrombosis
