Sleep Induced Apne Syndrome and Intracranial Pressure

Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı Sleep induced apne syndrome is described as periods of respiratory failure during sleep. Intracranial pressure raises during apne periods. In two patients with intracranial mass lesion and sleep induced apne syndome the intracranial pressure moniterized during sleep and the importance of the intracranial pressure raising during apne periods is emphasized.
