Unilateral Thalamic Infarct and Interesting Neuroophtalmologic Findings: Case Report

In a patient with acute confusion, amnesia, vertical gaze palsy, skew deviation, lid retraction, left partial 3. nerve palsy and convergence palsy, CT showed a left thalamic infarct paramedian branches of posterior cerebral arteries were not visualized in angiography. Anatomoclinic features of this case were discussed and neuroophthalmologic findings of thalamom esen cephalic junction and mesencephalic lesions were reviewed.
