Early diagnosis and surgical drainage with appropriate antibiotic treatment will reduce mortality. CT is important in diagnosis and following up the patient during the treatment. In this presented case successful treatment was achieved by using trimethoprim with sulfamethoxazole combination for one month after aspiration.
