The cranio-orbitozygomatic approach has recently become one of the most commonly used skull base approaches in neurosurgery. This approach increases the surgical working field and visual angle as it provides a full view of the anterior and middle fossa. The decreased brain retraction due to increased bone removal is also a hallmark. There are several modifications of the cranioorbitozygomatic approach. Due to the wide surgical vision it provides, the two-piece cranio-orbitozygomatic approach is more prominent. In the one-piece cranio-orbitozygomatic approach, the bone flap can be removed as a single piece after incisions to the zygoma and the orbit. In the two-piece cranio-orbitozygomatic approach, the incisions in the cranium are finished in four stages. In our study, one-piece and two-piece cranio-orbitozygomatic approaches and the advantages of the technique were discussed. Anahtar Kelimeler : Cranio, Orbitozygomatic, Approach, Anatomy
