İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı 331 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were treated in the Neurosurgical Department of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in the nine years period between 1982 and 1990. In 50 of these cases rebleeding was detected during the clinical treatment. The average daily frequency of rebleeding which was detected in the 15 day period starting from the beginning of the hemorrhage was 0.094 % whereas it was 2.4 % on the ninth day. No antifibrinolitic agent was applied to the patients. The most frequent aneurysm location was found to be anterior cerebral artery (46 %) and middle cerebral artery (28 %). The mortality ratio in patients which rebleeding was detected was 76 %. Anahtar Kelimeler : Aneurysm, Rebleed, Subarachnoid hemorrhage
