Technological developments are currently being used effectively in science and medicine. Today, robotic technologies used in surgeries support surgeons with their navigation systems. Robot-assisted pedicular screw placement, which has made a name for itself in spine surgery recently, looks promising with its low complication and revision rates. Robotic spine surgery, which first appeared in 2003 and has been updated many times so far, is currently actively practiced in some centers. Although it is very successful, robotic spine surgery needs a learning curve and cost analysis like every other surgical technique and technology. Patient satisfaction is very high due to this technology as it is a minimally invasive procedure. It could be preferred in spine surgery clinics in the future because of the low complication and revision rates. Anahtar Kelimeler : Robotic spine surgery, Navigation, Minimally invasive surgery
