Spinal metastasis from serebral glioblastoma via the cerebrospinal fluid pathway are rarely detected. We report a patient with cerebral glioblastoma who developed spinal symptoms referable to spinal seeding without neurological and radiological findings of the recurrence of the primary tumor. We also describe clinical. radiological and histopathological findings of the patient and emphasize the usefulness of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for diagnosis of the spinal seeding.
