Orbital involvement by plasmacytoma is rare. We describe a patient with orbital involvement by plasma cell tumor who had extramedullary plasmacytoma of the roof of the maxillary sinus and orbit. Further investigations showed no evidence of multipl myeloma. The patient was operated on with combined frontotemporal-orbitozygomatic approach. Total tumor excision was achieved and on the third postoperative month, (MRI) Magnetic Resonance Imaging revealed no tumor residue. The unilateral proptosis had disappeared and the patient was neurologicaly in a normal status. Anahtar Kelimeler : Plasmacytoma, orbita, frontotemporal-orbitozygomatic approach
