Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign expansile bone lesion that mainly affects children and young adults. Despite its benign nature, some of these lesions have a remarkable ability to destroy bone and grow rapidly. We report three cases of aneurysmal bone cyst of the spine. These patients were presented with pain and swelling and were found to have compression of the spinal cord. Total laminectomy and radiotherapy of the spine resulted in improvement of neurological symptoms. Compression of the spinal cord by the aneurysmal bone cyst may result in motor and sensorial loss. When possible complete excision is the treatment of choice. Anahtar Kelimeler : Aneurysmal bone cyst, spine
