TYPE II SPLIT CORD MALFORMATION AND LAMINOTOMY: CASE REPORT

Two hemicords are seperated by a fibrous median septum. In this report; we presented multiple level laminotomies for spinal canal exposure at the patient with type II split cord malformation.
