Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı, Erzurum Type II split cord malformation is sagittal division of the neural axis at one or more vertebral levels in a single dural sheat. Two hemicords are seperated by a fibrous median septum. In this report; we presented multiple level laminotomies for spinal canal exposure at the patient with type II split cord malformation.
