Aneurysmal bone cyst is an uncommon bone tumor and rarely involves the craniofacial skeleton. Aneurysmal bone cyst has been reported in patients with fibrous dysplasia. The most common presentation is progressive proptosis and facial swelling. The treatment of choice of aneurysmal bone cysts has been excision and curettage. The progressive fronto-orbital facial swelling was noted in an eight months old baby by the family after birth. Clinically, proptosis and progressive extra ocular motion restriction were only prominent signs. Left frontoorbito-zygomatic craniotomy and curettage of the displastic bone were performed. We haven't still been observed recurrens in one year follow up period. In this article; clinical presentation and treatment of the frontoorbital aneurysmal bone cyst associated with fibrous dysplasia is discussed.
