The occurrence of cervical intraforaminal cysts is very uncommon. Its detection requires differentiation from other diagnoses of space-occupying lesions of the neural foramen such as disk herniation, neurinoma, or neurofibroma. A 37-year-old woman presented with complaints of chronic cervical radiculopathy. Magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography showed a cystic lesion in the left C7-T1 intervertebral foramina with no contrast enhancement. She was treated conservatively with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and an active rehabilitation program. Two months later, her complaints decreased and she retumed to normal activities.
