Medulloblastoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system (CNS) in childhood. Metastasis frequently occurs in the spine and to extranevral locations but multifocal brain metastasis of medulloblastoma is very rare. We report a case with multifocal supratentorial and infratentorial metastasis of medulloblastoma. The case was a 16-year-old male who was operated upon due to medulloblastoma 3 years ago and there was no evidence of CNS or systemic metastasis at the time of first presentation.
