Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi, Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahisi Anabilim Dalı, Elazığ, Türkiye Even though frontal sinus mucoceles are benign and treatable lesions, they may cause serious complications through spreading to intracranial and intraorbital space with destruction of frontal sinus wall. In this case report, we presented 55-year-old female patient with headache, pain in the right eye for 2 years, diplopia was added to patient's these complaints for the last six months. Frequently reported that frontal sinus mucoceles extend to intraorbital space with neighborhood through their orbital medial-upper wall destruction, however causing destruction of orbital lateral wall with spreading through medulla of frontal bone and growing into orbita through this lateral wall is a rarely encountered event. Hence, the differantial diagnosis must be conducted and surgical planning must be accomplished considering that these masses might be an extension of mucocele, in case a second mass exists together with the frontal sinus mucocele within the neighborhood of sinus or away from it.
