Most tumors of the peripheral nerves develop in the nerve sheaths and are of benign type. Neurofibromas, complex tumors arising from peripheral nerves sheaths are the key feature of neurofibromatosis type 1. Ganglioneuromas are fully differentiated and rare neuronal tumors which is mostly located in the posterior mediastinum and retroperitoneum. Meningeal hamartomas are intermediate positioned tumors in terms of histogenesis between meningoceles and meningiomas. There is no reported case in literature that these tumors occurred at the same time in a mass. We report the first concurrent meningeal hamartoma with ganglioneuroma of C2 spinal nerve in literature in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 history. These tumors are benign and surgical treatment is curative. Anahtar Kelimeler : Meningeal hamartoma, Ganglioneuroma, Peripheral nerve, Neurofibromatosis type 1
