Dysphagia is one of the symptoms that is seen in diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) cases. A man who is 77 years old patient with the case of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis was presented with barium swallow, cervical 3-D CT and neck MRI photographs. Hyperostos bone was resected by the anterior servical approach, then dysphagia and aspiration was eliminated.
