Mostly internal carotid artery and anterior communicating artery (AComA) aneurysms accompany anterior fossa meningiomas. Meningioma-associated intratumoral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage are rare events. There are significant inconsistencies in the diagnosis and treatment of meningiomas associated with aneurysm both for the visualization of cerebral vascular and tumor vascularizations. In particular, the presence of subarachnoid hemorrhage accompanied meningioma should be made cerebral digital subtraction angiography. Treatment of these patients should be planned based on clinical and neurological characteristics, as well as radiological proximity to each other of the lesions should be taken into consideration. In this paper, we report a case of ruptured AComA aneurysm accompanied with a tuberculum sellae meningioma in an attempt to discuss symptoms, diagnostic considerations, and treatment alternatives of these conditions.
