Intradural Extramedullary Spinal Cavernous Hemangioma Mimicking Neurofibroma in Patient with Neurofibromatosis Type I

In this report, we have discussed a patient previously diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type I with intradural localisation, where the clinical and radiological findings compatible with neurofibroma, while the pathological diagnosis was reported as cavernous hemangioma.
