Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroloji Anabilim Dalı Electrophysiologic findings of nine patients with bilateral long transvers procces of 7tb cervical vertebra and five patients with bilateral cervical rib have been presented. All of the patients had been diagnosed as thoracic outlet syndrome clinically. Electrophysiologic evidences of lower turuncus compression have been found in the four of the five patients with cervical rib whereas the others have not so.
