We present two cases of the incidental right carotid-ophtalmic artery aneurysm associated with acromegaly from a growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenoma and the incidental right middle cerebral artery aneurysm associated with pituitary macroadenoma. Recognition of this associaton has important clinical implications, leading to modification of the surgical approach.
