Devices have been developed endoscopically and microscopically to increase the surgeon"s visualization along both nostrils. In the nasal stage of these procedures, there are important anatomical structures that are used as a guide in endoscopic techniques as in the microsurgical technique. More recently, the evolution of endoscopic surgical techniques and technological advances has led to the development of various other endonasal modifications as well as the standard transsphenoidal approach to the sellar region and skull base. As a matter of fact, these approaches mainly target the midline and skull base from the frontal sinus to the lower clivus. In this article, our main aim is to define the endonasal region and specific approaches on an anatomical basis. Anahtar Kelimeler : Anatomy, Cavity, Skullbase, Sinus
