Surgical treatment should be performed within a short time because of the secondary pathologies due to rhinorrhea. Although many surgical treatment methods have been used previously, the endonasal endoscopic approach is currently a widely preferred and effective method for the treatment of rhinorrhea. The endonasal endoscopic approach has become a preferred method for rhinorrhea treatment because of its safety and lower complication rate. The indications, advantages, and disadvantages of this method are presented together with the diagnosis, surgical techniques, and follow-up results in this review. The literature and clinical and practical information are also shared and the effectiveness of the method and the points to be considered in the follow-up are discussed.
