İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı 331 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage who were treated in Neurosurgical Department of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in nine years period between 1982 and 1990 were examined. In 11 of these cases (3,.3%) it was found that other intracranial pathologies (9 tm, 22 AVM) accompanied aneurysm. Four cases (36%) with subarachnoid hemorrhage, seven cases (64%) with clinical situation of additional pathologies applied to our department. In the meningioma and AVM cases, it was detected that aneurysms appeared in locations around vessel systems feeding the pathology. We have treated both pathologies in the same session in three cases.
