İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı In the 9 year period from 1982 to 1991, 331 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms were treated in Neurosurgical Department of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. In this review 28 patients (% 8.45) with a total of 58 aneurysms were studied. Common locations for multiple aneurysms were the middle cerebral artery (21 aneurysms) and anterior communicating artery (12 aneurysms). In this series CT findings and the size and irregular contour of aneurysm were established for determined the site of rupture.
