In this study, it was aimed to investigate the variations of circle of Willis, their frequency and the side of localization in the average of 20 months old aborted fetuses. For this purpose, all segments consisting each circle were infused with red latex and than the circles were photographed. It has been observed that in 8 of the fetuses studied (26 %) the circle were normal, whereas in 24 of them (74 %) were asymmetrical circle. It was observed that the arteries were completed in all of the circles. The types of the variations in the circles and their frequency were recorded. The proportional configuration in the circles was determined. In this study, it was concluded that variation ratios of fetuses were less than those reported for adults and the frequency of third A2 were consistent with the ratios of the adults.
