²Ankara Numune Hastanesi KBB Kliniği, Ankara Currently endoscopic endonasal surgery is a valuable and safe procedure that is routinely performed in the treatment of paranasal sinus disorders. Since the endoscope became popular in this area, interest in its possible use in some other procedures such as transsphenoidal pituitary and anterior skull base surgery has increased. In this paper, we present our experience in using the nasal endoscope for the repair of anterior skull base cerebrospinal fluid fistulae. The technique was used for 6 patients with rhinorrhae.
