Combination of radical surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy has been accepted as the therapeutic modality but the prognosis is poor despite treatment. In this case report, giant sinonasal undiferentiated carcinoma with intracranial invasion was reported and theurepatic management of this rare tumour is discussed.
