²Numune Hastanesi Nöroşirürji Kliniği, Ankara Pseudomeningocele is a pathologic defect which can be seen congenitally, postlaminectomy or after trauma. Cerebrospinal fluid is collected in extradural area through the location of dura and arachnoid membrane. Surgically dosure of dura defect is the only treatment. A pseudomeningocele case with three compartments formed after laminectomy procedure for spinal tumour which treated succesfully is reported in the present study.
