SSK Okmeydanı Eğitim Hastanesi Nöroşirürji Kliniği A seven-year-old girl was admitted to our clinic with headaches and left hemiparesis. Magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance angiography, digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) showed hypoperfusion in the right hemisphere, suggesting moya moya disease. We performed multiple burr hole operation over the right superticial temporal artery and branches for indirect neovascularization. In the fourth postoperative month, SPECT examination showed increased perfusion in the right hemisphere; DSA examinations in the sixth and 12th months showed neovascularization from the right superticial temporal artery and its branches to the right hemisphere.
