In the majority of cases cyst is small or asymptomatic and incidentally diagnosed. Patients without symptoms must be followed and operated only in case of growing lesion or symptomatic lesions. In this report we present a large intrathoracic meningocele case suffering from radicular pain in left up per extremity and was not required surgical approach.
