Metastasis frequently occurs in the spine and to extranevral locations but multifocal brain metastasis of medulloblastoma is very rare. We report a case with multifocal supratentorial and infratentorial metastasis of medulloblastoma. The case was a 16-year-old male who was operated upon due to medulloblastoma 3 years ago and there was no evidence of CNS or systemic metastasis at the time of first presentation.
