Post Operative Carpal Tunnel Syndrome seldom may cause progress of it.Clinical evedences are gold standard for diagnose to it that diagnoses such great pain, allodini, edema, vazomotor events should to remind us of CRPS. Poorly therapy; decrease quality of patient life, cause of workforce lost, even cause of handicapped. This article about a patient who has been operated by us and afterwards has progressed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
