Intracranial Hemorrhage Diagnosed with Pediatric Moyamoya Disease: A Case Report

Although most cases seen in Japan, it can be seen in many countries. Ischemic attack and epilepsy are major clinical findings of Moyamoya in pediatric patients, however in adult patients intracranial hemorrhage is the major findings of Moyamoya. Intracranial hemorraghe has traumatic and non-traumatic so many causes, beside Moyamoaya disease is a rare cause of intracranial hemorrhage in pediatric patients. However Moyamoya disease is rarely presents with intracranial hemoraghe in pediatric patients. Here in we report a pediatric case of Moyamoya disease who presented with intracranial hemorrhage which was diagnosed with radiological findings.
