Spinal Seeding of Intracranial Glioblastoma Multiforme: Case Report

Cerebral glioblastoma multiforme is a frequently seen primary cerebral tumor.
Cerebral glioblastoma multiforme can spread by local invasion or cerebrospinal
fluid. The spreading of cerebral glioblastoma multiforme into the spinal canal
by cerebrospinal fluid and causing clinical symptoms because of this spreading
are seen rarely. In this report; we present a case of cerebral glioblastoma
multiforme which spreads to the spinal canal by cerebrospinal fluid two years
after the operation and this is evaluated under the light of literature.
