Even if peripheral neural involvement is seen in the primary NHML, brachial plexus involvement is quite rare. With tumors localized in this region, the clinical picture emerges as a result of the infiltration to nerve via adjacency or compression on adjacent tissues. In this review, a non-Hodgkin lymphoma patient being also accompanied by vascular component is presented, in whom no pathology describing the present clinic in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) performed for cervical spondylosis clinic that is localized in the close adjacency of the brachial plexus and has a compression on the subclavian artery and causes pain and weakness on the right arm and has a complaint of cyanosis on the right hand and fingers was determined.
