Intracranial dural base lymphoma have been reported rarely in the literature. A 72-year-old woman was admitted to hospital with progressive vomiting, loss of consciousness and speech disturbance for two days and minor head trauma history 5 days ago. Cranial computed tomography was requested at the emergency service and revealed an iso- to hyperdense lesion extra-axially in the right fronto-parietal region measuring 53x45x35 mm that appeared like a subacute phase subdural hematoma. The patient underwent surgery immediately. During the surgery, we saw a mass with no hematoma and total tumor resection was performed. The tumor looked like a meningioma macroscopically but the pathology result was reported as B cell lymphoma. Lymphomas can radiologically interfere with meningiomas and also sometimes subdural hematomas. This must be considered before surgery.
