The incidence of intracranial aneurysm associated with pituitary adenoma is not definitely established although reported higher than in general population because angiographic investigations are not present in all case. We present two cases of the incidental right carotid-ophtalmic artery aneurysm associated with acromegaly from a growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenoma and the incidental right middle cerebral artery aneurysm associated with pituitary macroadenoma. Recognition of this associaton has important clinical implications, leading to modification of the surgical approach.
