1Adana Şehir Hastanesi, Nöroşirürji Kliniği, Adana, Türkiye Technological advances have made it possible to endoscopically treat lesions of the suprasellar region. It is widely accepted that endoscopic methods are less invasive, and more effective with a lower complication rate than microsurgery. This has contributed to its increased use. The feared complication of endoscopic interventions is vascular. The most common one is sphenopalatine artery injury that causes epistaxis. Carotid artery injury and cavernous sinus injury are less common and more risky. The first thing to be done is to control the bleeding and to protect the hemodynamics. Once this is achieved, the injured vascular structure is repaired with surgical or endovascular methods. Anahtar Kelimeler : Endoscopic surgery, Endovascular treatment, Hemodynamics, Carotid injury
