1Adana Şehir Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahisi Kliniği, Adana, Türkiye Cervical trauma is a common pathology, especially in young men. It can lead to serious disabilities and vertebral deformities. Cervical traumatic deformities can occur early or late. It is necessary to know the sagittal and coronal balance parameters well to define the deformity. These parameters are slightly different from the thoracic and lumbar regions in the cervical region and are less known. Anterior posterior or combined approaches can be chosen. Each technique has some advantages and disadvantages. It should be kept in mind that combined approaches have the highest risk of complications. In our study, the surgical treatment options in traumatic cervical deformities were examined by reviewing these parameters. Individual evaluations should be made in each patient and surgical treatment should be planned in this way. Anahtar Kelimeler : Cervical deformities, Cervical correction surgery, Cervical trauma
