¹Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahisi Anabilim Dalı, İzmir, Türkiye Meningiomas are the most common benign intra-cranial tumors. The sphenoid bone is the third most common location for these tumors. The medial sphenoid wing is a more challenging location due to its anatomical structure surrounded by critical arteries and cranial nerves, and being adjacent to the cavernous sinus and the orbita.
