EFFECTS OF ANEURYSM CLIPS TO THE VASCULAR ENDOTHELIUM OF RABBIT CAROTID ARTERY

Because of this reason, many studies had performed for the side effects of temporary clips on the vascular endotelium. It is shown that temporary clipping for 10 minutes decreases of endothelium derivates relaxating factor (EDRF).
In this study, the effects of Mayfield, temporary Yaşargil and permanent Yaşargil clips on the endothelium is investigated by pharmacological response and histopathologically.
