Radiation-induced delayed brain injury is a welldocumented complication of both standard external beam radiation and interstitial brachytherapy. Cerebral necrosis following radiotherapy for extracerebral neoplasms present in a more benign fashion and aggressive therapy of this disorder is not warranted. In this report, we present a case who received a total of 9400 cGy external beam therapy for an extracerebral lesion within 3 years and presented with symptoms of increased intracranial pressure. Corticosteroid therapy was given and intracranial pressure monitorisation was performed.
