GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi, Nöroşirürji Bölümü, İstanbul, Türkiye Acute epidural haematomas which require surgical intervention after head trauma are very frequent cases in neurosurgery practice. In the other hand chronic epidural haematomas are rare and can be found as case reports in the literature. In children chronic epidural haematomas can not be diagnosed and can be ossified by the time. In the literature, it is known that Mozart died due to the consequences of chronic epidural hematoma after sustaining a dull injury to his head. In this report we are presenting a case of chronic temporal epidural haematoma without any sign. Anahtar Kelimeler : Epidural haematoma, Chronic epidural haematoma, Trauma
