Technological advancements in the field of microcatheters, microguide wires, coils and the other materials used in endovascular surgery In the last two decades have led to new approaches to the surgical treatment of neurovascular diseases. The coil embolization rate of intracranial aneurysms is increasing in our country and around the world. New endovascular treatments for neurovascular pathologies in the new era require more coordination between the disciplines of neurosurgery, radiology and neurology. Kohnan Hospital is a center where two teams work together to perform endovascular and transcranial operations. In this paper, we present the collaborative working model at Kohnan Hospital.
